Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Note:
